Workshop for facilities concerning Air Permitting and DOT Shipping of Hazardous
Materials.
Received, in
conjunction with the Franklin County Emergency Management Agency, a grant
from the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio and the Department of Transportation
to provide training courses targeted at emergency response support agencies.
Performed the
Quality Assurance Program to verify the accuracy of the chemical data entered
into the computer database.
Provided four public
presentations on Shelter-in-Place through the Speakers' Bureau.
Provided two
compliance presentations for industry on how to file their SARA Title III
reports.
Distributed the Extremely
Hazardous Substance (EHS) information to all the Franklin County Fire
Departments and to the Columbus Fire Department.

Updated Fire Prevention Officers on the chemical information in the county.
